OVER PROMISE, UNDER DELIVER (OR NOT DELIVER)

Despite previous and ongoing great service from Dirashnie (credit where it's due) Hirsch staff don't care about the promises they make. I ordered a small part over 6 weeks ago from the spares department,,,,clearly an insignificant order in the great scheme of things.
