Oven repairs still not done after 3 Months...

Around Aug 2015, i went to Hirsch's Hazeldean to ask for a technician to fix my oven, i payed their call out fee of R450.00, the technician came to have a look at the oven at my house and then a quote was sent to me of about R1600.00 for repairs. i made that payment. a technician came and took the oven for repairs. two weeks later, nothing was done, i was told Whirlpool repairs take longer. A month later, i called Amanda and i was told that they had ordered the wrong Part and that it will take another two weeks to get the right Part. eventually the technician called and confirmed that he receive the right part and the oven should be fixed within a week. two weeks passed and still no oven. Then, 3rd December, i received a message from the Technician telling me that the total repairs will cost another: R 3400.00. after which i decided its enough.. I asked them to refund me and bring back my oven. To date, My oven is not back and my money was not refunded. the technician now tells me HE IS VERY BUSY, AND I MUST COME GET IT!! as for my refund they apparently sill waiting for authorization. its December, and i cant even bake for my children and visitors. <br> <br> Disappointed Portia .
