Outstanding service

Despite many ups and downs with Hirsch's over the years, we have always kept going back to them and now we know why. When our Electrolux floor polisher packed up we were desperate as we have 100 year old floors that are polished twice a week to keep them looking good. Polishers were out of stock but Charmaine Faulds managed to track on down for us in the Cape Town area - we are in Durban. Then came the bad news - no longer a transport service within Hirsch's to bring said polisher up to Durban. Doom and gloom and then out of the blue two days ago an e mail from Charmaine to say you will never guess what is standing next to my desk. Thank you so much. We are so chuffed!
