Outrageous Service

Don't promise your customers free gifts and not deliver. Let alone, make your customer call your store again and ask why weren't the gifts delivered. Firstly, it makes the customer look cheap.

When follow up calls are promised - please ensure that you call the customer not let the customer call back endless times.

Bad service received at Springfield Store. I will never go back.
