Been looking for a gas stove for a while now. Bought a Gas stove online. Got the order number (#***) said it would take a couple of days to get my order, no issue Until I received a call saying the stove price was wrong I needed to pay another R18 000 or I can get a refund. So very disappointed said we'll I can't afford another 18K so it will have to be a refund. Now they say I have to wait 10 to 15 working days just to get my refund. I saw the stove. I pay them imideatley. Not only do I not get the stove I wanted, I need to wait 10 to 15 working days to get my money that was accepted immediately. How is that fair Just a heads up, it seems when you buy at Hirsch's online it's a gamble. They can call anytime saying that the price was wrong and you should pay some more. Rather buy in store. False advertising and they don't Horner the price even after you already paid them. So ****ed
