Online orders not delivered as per timeline , poor feedback

Did do an online order with them… still waiting for my product. Status just saying awaiting stock for the last 3 weeks. Send an email with no reply. Phoned 20 times. Answered a few, went through to the online department with no answer… wont buy from this company again as i feel unsafe now in even getting my product!!!!!
