online experiencing - no stock

Hi. I purchased a TV online on your black Friday sale. When i placed the order on the site, the stock was available. I then received an email to say that the item is on order as it is out of stock. I have now sent about 5 follow up emails with no response to any of them. I would like to know how you advertise it without having stock. I also would like to know if i am actually going to receive this item or not. thank you
