One of the worst online shopping experience. How disappointing

We ordered a dishwasher online and instead of taking 5 to 7 working days to arrive, it took 2 weeks. When it FINALLY arrived, there was a MASSIVE scratch on the front of the dishwasher. We sent it back and received no word from Hirschs. Also... Why is this defy dishwasher only available in Durban???
