NOTHING SUCKS LIKE HIRSH's (Apologies to Electrolux)

Old pensioner takes in her Electrolux vacuum for repair. Filter was loose. Hirsh say it will be R450 to look at. They look (Not dismantle) and after 3 weeks say no parts available. Refuse to refund R450 or part thereof. I take a look and sort problem with minor adjustment in ten minutes. I call the Umgeni Rd service centre but they still refuse a refund. That's Hirshs off my party list after spending thousands there over the years.
