Not refunded for an item returned

I returned an item for refund within 7 days of purchase

12 days later and I’ve yet to be refunded

Was given no documentation to prove that the item was returned

Very poor after sales service. Inept returns service which is clearly an outdated system

Still no refund after escalating the complaint to the relevant person at Horsch’s
