Not a happy consumer

The parts sales and customer service leaves much to be desired. They dont get get to you. Appliances are repaired and was it tested. Who knows. It still doesn't work and yo top it all you pay a call out fee of R400 in cash on the same day the appliance is checked. Then another R400 when they came round to fit the part. ??
