nonexsistant service delivery

<p>i visited hirshch's on 5/6/16 with a sample part for my defy dishwasher it was indicated to me</p> <p>that the supplier would be contacted and i would be phoned next day (6/6/16) today is 18/6 16</p> <p>i'm still waiting for a call</p> <p>hence nonexsistant service and no new part</p>
