None delivery over a week later from the initial day of delivery.

I have had the most horrible experience with Hirch's Fourways Branch and Online store. I bought an item online that was meant for delivery on 23 Nov 2023, it is now 1 Dec 2023, the item is yet to be delivered. I have called the branch many times, they will promise to deliver the next day but never do. Yesterday I spoke to the store manager who was not too helpful, he just asked the delivery guy to call me. Surely this is my first and last purchase at the store. Word of advice to HIRSCH'S, when you have Black Friday deal, make sure you have enough resources to deliver the items and ensure that you communicate to your customer to manage expectations. When I call I am told about Black Friday, well if you know you have a special, you best bolster your resources to service the demand.
