Non Extistent Customer Service!!!

Recently purchased an item from Hirsch's, the item was then returned to the Springfield Store with 48 hours sealed as purchased as it was an incorrect product for myself. Requested a refund and the item was checked and approved for a refund at the store. I was then informed that the CEO of Hirsch's needs to process my refund!!!! Its been 7 day's and when i contacted the store, was informed that the CEO didn't get a chance to process my refund! i will never make a purchase from Hirsch's again
