no stock, lack of service, outstanding refund

Hirsch's Homestore, I have never been so disappointed by customer service. I bought a fridge from your centurion branch on black Friday. we wasted 4 days being available until 8pm after being promised delivery but turns out you didn't even have stock for us. multiple calls not returned. on the 2nd we went into your store to request a refund and now nearly 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund! what more must I do to get service and my own money returned???? very unhappy customer!
