I called Hirsch's Fourways branch (spares dept) twice in 1 week about ordering 2 x filters for my Black & Decker Dustbuster. On both occasions, the persons I spoke to promised to call me back within a day. This never happened. On the Saturday 17 January I called the branch to complain and was put through to a very smooth talking store \manager"by the name of Bradley. After providing me with his cell number"
