No reply after Complaint

Bought a Fridge and Soundbar from Hirsch Silverlakes.

Soundbar didnt work and send an email for technical support on Thursday 29 March 2018.

Its Tuesday 17:45 - 3 April and im still waiting for a response.

Wish your after sales service was as eager to sell me goods.

In the market for an oven and Tv but you wont see me again.
