No Refunds

This store does not do refunds if you change your mind or decide on an alternative product from another supplier. Purchased a hob from them recently but have since found a more suitable product at another supplier. The product is unopened and sealed in original packaging. According to Nasreen Mahomed I cannot return the product for a refund but they will take it back at their cost price as the difference will be deemed a handling charge. According to her this is permitted practice according to the CPA. Anybody had a similar problem with them?
