No refund of R12 000 after more than 2 weeks!

I am so disappointed. After returning a coffee machine for the second time, I was told I would get my refund of R12 000.

After multiple emails promising it would be resolved, it has been more than 2 weeks and no refund has been issued.

A refund should be very straight forward! This is terrible. Still, no refund!
