no refund + not heard back from Hirsch's

I purchased a Defy extractor in 2013 along with the 2 charcoal filter in Dec 2013. I came back into store on 2 occasions to return the filter as it was not fitting my extractor model. On both occasions I was told that the filter given definitely fits my extractor model and to go back and try again. On 7 June I went back into store one last time to return the item for an actual filter that fits my model only to be told I cannot return the item as this filter is discontinued. The manager told me to leave the filter with them as they will send it back to the supplier and provide me with feedback. To date I have not heard back form your manager or the assistant at the spares department. I do not want the filter back as I have said before 'it does not fit my model'. Please keep your reject part and kindly refund my money as you have caused me inconvenience on may occasions.
