No notifications on order, no delivery, no response at all - *******!

I ordered parts via the website (order ********** ). I received no notifications that my order had been received - nothing. I sent an e-mail to query and the response was 7-14 working days. It's now 14 working days. I have tried to call the number given but nobody answers their phones and when you leave your number with reception, nobody calls back. I wish I'd read the reviews here before placing an order as I would have gone elsewhere and would have my order already. Don't use online ordering - it's a total shambles.
