No feedback and poor service Hirsch's

On July 2nd 2018, I have ordered an extractor filter at Hirsch's Meadowdale. They told me it would take 3 days. Today is the 19th of July, and after several phone calls I had to make to follow up and complained at the manager of the store, who promised me the part would be here on Tuesday the 17th of July, I still have no part and no feedback. This is the worst service I ever experienced and will not recommend anyone to do business with Hirsch's.
