No feedback

I bought a Samsung 7kg Washing machine in June this year. It has subsequently packed up. I reported it to Yatish on the 20/11. I was advised Samsung would call me TAT 24-48 hours. I have now been a week without a machine. Emailed Yatish yesterday, no response received. Shocking service & the last time I will shop at Hirschs.
