No Delivery

We bought an Airfryer from Hirsh on the 7th of December. Promising delivery within 5-7 days. They are out of stock and told us to wait. They have taken off the money on the 7th of December. Worst client service I have every had. Elisha from Head office promises to get back to us, but doesn't. Don't buy anything on line from Hirsh.
