No Customer Service

Good evening, My fiancee purchased a Russel Hobbs kettle from your Silverlakes, Pretoria store today. We were greeted by a salesman on entering the store. I was given the incorrect price that was advertised in the media. The salesman summoned the manager. No greeting by him, but told the salesman how to check a price, no apology offered. Proceed to the cashier to pay. No greeting at all from her save to tell the salesman something about having to open a new file? my problem how? Whilst I understand that I don't need to have a Red Carpet rolled out, but I need to be shown a little respect as a client. I have purchased many items from Hirsh's from Durban and Pretoria. My late dad also used your company shortly after Alan Hirsh opened his store in Durban. I am sorry to say this was rather a dismal display of customer service by all parties concerned Regards Alan Dean. ( please excuse my spelling )
