No after sale service for Hirschs

I Bought a Grundig Fridge from Hirsches in Edenvale JHB and the bottom glass door shattered so i have logged a service to have the door replaced and now it has been over 2 months and no one calls me to tell me what’s happening!! Every time a call them they have some story and excuses!! THIS IS NOT ON!!

I have been made promises but that’s where it ends!!
