NNC Report - Hirsch Refuse To Replace Defective Item

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Hirsche's Meadowdale branch regarding the replacement or refund of my microwave that being repair every 2 months by selling a defective item. They promised the last time when it breaks again it will be replaced but now the refusing. Been sending mails but they are not responding to anything. But they sitting with my item. Only option now is to report to NCC regarding this matter as I tried all the step with the store but they not responding.
