Never again will I support hirch’s

I absolutely livid at the service of hirch’s! After coming back from a well needed break to come back to a freezer full of meat that has gone off because the freezer still doesn’t regulate temperature since I got it! Your technicians are useless! I did not spend R32000 on a product from you to have constant problems!
