I have purchased a fridge and washing machine online and cannot get any sort of response as to when it will be delivered. I have sent two mails, all I got was a automated response that their deliveries are taking longer than they anticipated. And that my parcel may take longer. This is not a little parcel from take a lot this is a R30,000-00 purchase.I am now sitting with a house full of people and no fridge. Shocking service 😡 don’t buy online once they have you money you will have no joy if you need to talk to someone.
