Bought a Bosch oven from them on Friday afternoon.

On Saturday morning, the very first day of use, the hob controller broke.

I phoned the service department in Silver Lakes branch for assistance, first I was told they cant help over weekends. When I asked if they could arrange to help on Monday, I was told by Jeremy he will phone me back straight away, he just needs to check in with his manager. Days past, no one phoned me back. After trying to make contact from my side, I found that no one attends to the service telephone number. You are wasting your time trying to phone them. Do yourself a favour and check other reviews about Hirsch's service before buying anything from them, wish I did.. Once they have your money, they will not give you the time of day, dont expect any service, or support.
