Mixed feelings on service!

Mixed feelings here. Whilst the in-store service from Themba at Fourways was great, when he was on leave I could not get service from the branch or their WhatsApp helpline. The helpline say contact the branch and the branch say someone will call me. How long should one have to wait for a return call?
