Misleading adverts

Hirschs placed a misleading advert at this link: https://www.hirschs.co.za/specials/weekly-deals/hirsch-s-centurion The item in question is stock 4352 but upon arrival at the store, I was taken to the storeroom where I was shown two damaged boxes. Then they claimed the undamaged ones were already sold yet the sale started on 26 August and was one of the first customers to arrive at the stores. They could produce proof of sale. Trying to obtain explanation from managers proved an exercise in futility. Spoke to Shireen in Durban, Debbie in Johannesburg and Kid/Keith Govender in PTA.
