Misleading adverti*****t by Hirsch's

On 7 October 2023 I bought what I believed was a fridge online from Hirsch's. The product was advertised as a "Defy 350L White C455 Natura Combi Fridge - DAC621". Hirsch's also advertise Combi Fridge/Freezers creating the understanding that what was advertised as a Combi Fridge was a fridge and not a fridge/freezer. After putting it in use I realised that the bottom part of the fridge is a freezer. I contacted Hirsch's complaining about the misleading adverti*****t and requested them to collect it from my house and to reimburse me with the purchase price and the delivery fee. Hirsch's offer was that I had to take it at my costs to a dealer for inspection, and if satisfied with the condition, because I had used it, I wouldl be reimbursed with the purchase price less 20%. Because all this was the result of a misleading adverti*****t, I refused the offer. I was on the point of buying an induction hob and an oven from Hirsch's but decided against it.
