LG DISHWASHER FROM HIRSCH

We purchased a LG dishwasher over a year back. It cost over 10k. Just before the guarantee/warranty expires the machine floods the scullery. When we call hirsch they maintain that it's a problem for LG. Nevertheless we called LG and they sent technicians who changed the sump of the machine. The machine continued to do the same thing and once again we were flooded. When we called LG to inform them of this they maintained that our warranty is now over so it's no longer their problem. We still bit the bullet and called hirsch technicians who came and did absolutely **** all to solve the issue but maintained that it's now solved. We paid them and they gave us a slip guaranteeing their work. Once again we have the same problem! Now hirsch and LG both don't retain any responsibility and the expensive machine is worth no more than its weight in s**** metal as it still doesn't function properly! Abdolutely **** service from hirsch and LG South Africa. No one should ever purchase this brand or any appliance from this outlet ever!!!!
