LEAKING WHIRLPOOL OVEN

I bought a Whirlpool oven in November 2022.The oven leaks water every time I use it to Grill or roast .I reported the matter to the shop ,they escalated the matter to Whirlpool/KIC.At first they send a technician to come and check the oven and his report was saying I do not preheat the Oven. Then the problem continued. Second Technician came and was told to add a part on the oven door, which he did but the problem was still there. Third Technician was assigned and he removed some part at the back of the oven and that was even worse. They further assigned the fourth technician who came and took the oven to Whirlpool for 2 days and he further damaged my cabinet. Whirlpool did not even border sending me a report after returning the oven back to my house. The firth technician was assigned to my house and his report was saying my carpenter did not use correct measurements when he was building the unit .He didn't even have a measuring tape to confirm that. I went back to Hirsch's to return the oven the manager refused to take it telling me to ask my carpenter to send them the measurements that he used, which he did and up to today I haven heard anything from them. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND TIRING.
