Leakage juicer

I bought Phillips juicer on 15 January 2020 worth 2799.00, when i returned it today 14 February 2020 due to leakage they can't refund me, instead I was told they are talking the machine to Phillips for evaluation i am not happy and I am no longer interested in it i just want my full refund.
