Lazy and sub standard service

We took extended warranty which expired this year in February. Had some problems with Smeg dishwashing machine. Technician came and did service. At the time the machine was leaking and I told him. He checked but said that must get plumber. Not plumbing problems now but servicing and maintenance which could have been repaired. Mow we must pay for the repairs. Lazy and shoddy technician.
