Kuvings Cs600 juicer - Hirsch not following the CPA

Kuvings Cs600 juicer is not intended for professional use - marketing methods and sales reps are very misleading - mishandling was done during testing on my unit which had been returned to Hirsch for defects - Hirsch refuses to abide by the CPA and insists on resolving matters by their own means - Faults reported on this unit: excessive heating, burning smell, leakage from front nozzle, machine shaking badly. The Kuvings service tech then says the juicer must only be used in intervals of 40mins but the ad and sales reps initially mentioned 'continuous use' - Hirsch now insists on giving me back the unit irrespective of the defects especially because they price matched the item. What ****! Reviews on the kuvings site seem to be a selected few if not **** as my review was not posted. Kuvings is not transparent. Don't be fooled. Consumers should research the products before purchasing there are many trusted alternative stores. Be weiry when purchasing from stores like Hirsch, the sales guys are very fast to push the sales for commission and can be very convincing but the after service is appalling and a nightmare. I believe that this store sells damaged items. it's been months and they haven't refunded.
