I bought the latest Instant Vortex ClearCook Dual View Airfryer from Hirsch's Struben's Vally. Bought it home and decided 12 hours later that it looked like a big clumsy blob of black plastic. Knowing the CPA and its rules on change of heart purchases, I contacted Kimershen (the sales rep at Hirsch's) and asked if I could return it for a refund. He went out of his way to sort out the refund, despite his colleagues arguing that the unit was used, which clearly it was not. Kimershan and his manager were super helpful.
