KIC Fridge

<p>Never in my life have i experience such a horrific customer experience . Hirsch's Clearwater is quick when it comes to processesing a transaction but have the worst customer service. I bought a KIC fridge on the 03/02/17 which was delivered on the 6th on Monday ,on the 09/02/17 i called the sales person and advised that the fridge had a funny sound and that the light wasnt functioning well,it switches off and on. He told me to gibve it some tie perhaps those things will stabilize ,i did that but the problems persited. I then called him again to advise him. Technicians were sent to check the Fridge but they came to my place and did nothing because when they left the fridge still had the same issues,the light was not switching on anymore. I then went inside the store on the 03/03/17 to advise them that i needed a new fridge or a refund which they( Manager and sales person) promised to do on Monday the 06th of March. To date i'm still waiting for them with a fridge that has no light and has a funny sound as if its going to burn the whole house down. I'm fed up with Hirsch's and its *********** managers . </p>
