Invoiced a SMEG, sold a no name!

Bought a SMEG 1.2 Island Extractor in 2007. 2021 motor packs up and a spare is ordered from SMEG only to find the extractor is not a SMEG. The extractor is some no-name brand sold and invoiced as a SMEG. R13 000 is now equivalent to R30 000 which suggests a high premium item was paid for. Item is nowhere to be found and Hirschs will not take responsibility for replacement or spare part availability. I will never buy an item from Hirschs again although my house is full of products bought at Hirschs. They are not interested in their reputation by settling an obvious ********** activity.
