Incorrect Marketing and No Remorse.

I needed a large tv that would fit on a small tv stand. Finally found one being marketed at Hirsch. Placed my order online, received the tv and it’s completely different from the picture on their website. I write to them indicating that the product isn’t the same as the picture on their website, they write back saying they apologize and will inform their marketing department. After enquiring about an exchange or refund they indicate the only way this is possible is when you bring the product to store. I live 400 kms away from their closet store moreover why do they have an online store if they can’t service customers online.
