Incorrect Advertising

Im disgusted with your online store!Bought a sandwich maker which Cleary stated it was black in colour but to my surprise when I got instore to collect was given a white one.I feel I have been ****** of my time(going there and to return the item).I was chatting to this lady online who said I can return it in-store be be refunded but when I returned was told my refund could not be processed because it was an online purchase therefore I should leave my banking details and the refund will take 3-4days..Im not happy with this really because for starters one know what the want and what they bought and now I had to waste my petrol for nothing.....Stop this incorrect advertising really and it looks as though you taking chances or something,I walked in the store with an smile but left frustrated &irritated with something.that could have been easly avoided....Be careful people when placing your online order coz they really are lacking...
