Incomplete product delivered-

Last year October we bought an ELBA Excellent stove (with Fish burner in the middle) from Hirch’s Edenvale. When the stove was delivered the Cast Iron Pan for fish burner was not delivered.

I have since been requesting the cast pan and have not been getting joy from the store.
