Im actually shocked with the service

I went into your Edenvale store on Friday Morning, I walked in and I was helped promptly. Then one of he sales assistants came and showed me the TVs available and I asked if they had stock. He said Yes If you get a ticket you are guaranteed stock. Knowing this I went to the counter and paid. As soon as I paid I was told that theres no Stock. But he promises he will have by the time I send my driver to the store in 2 hours. I then called my driver to collect. He arrived 3 hours later only to be told there is no stock. They then called me and said that if I come first thing Monday Morning I can collect it. On my way to the office I stopped at the Store first thing Only to be told no there's no stock But the Manager Promised that they will deliver. at about 15:00 the driver called me to say he's bringing the TV to a different address. I then sms him the correct address and now Its almost 7pm and Nothing has been delivered. I find the service absolutely tererible a lot of empty promises.
