I would not recommend a Hisense purchase of an appliance as well as I would not recommend an appliance purchase from Hirsch.

My mum is a poor pensioner who purchased a Hisense fridge from Hirsch and has had endless trouble with it from the time she purchased it. Her fridge clogs up the ice. Making it difficult to open the freezer and due to the severe ice clogging all her freezer trays have cracked. She has made close to 5 to 6 calls to Hirsch. The technician does the same thing replaces the seals This does not solve the problm. At this point in time her fridge is so badly cliiged up with ice. All her food in the top and bottom of the fridge is now going bad. She is a pensioner who relies siliely on her grant. She can't afford a new fridge. She would appreciate a proper repair on her fridge. But to no avail.
