I will never buy from them again.

Worse possible service I have ever experienced in my entire life!They don't even deserve a 1 star!!! Ordered a fridge, delivery company did not even try and get it through the door and told me it won't fit and that I should now get a technician at my own cost to remove the door and get it through to the house and move it in even though I payed for delivery not to mention they were supposed to deliver Sunday and they didn't. I urgently needed the fridge but I let it slide and thought by Monday it would be here. So I called the guy that sold me the fridge and told him it would be better to get a refund as I wasn't made aware that I should have a technician at home when the delivery guys come to remove the door. He told me he would call me back and 2 hours later I was still waiting. So I called back and he said he spoke to the manager I need a technician to remove the door, I said nope its find I need my refund done with immediate payment as I need a new fridge urgently, as in today and I need my money. They straight out told me no and it would take a few days to get a refund! Let me guess I must pay for the fridge, for next day delivery( which doesn't happen) and delivery people that can't do their job , pay for a technician, and now I must wait for my money when I urgently need a fridge today!!! Just by the way if I didn't call back I would still be waiting! Absolutely disgusting customer service, perhaps you should consider a new delivery company that is qualified to deliver fridges to peoples homes.
