I strongly advise anyone not to order anything from them online

Ordered online on Black Friday. Have followup up numerous times via email regarding the progress of the order with no response or communication. Phone calls go unanswered, Twitter account isn't helping either. All I need to know is an ETA. Most horrific frustration ever. Voting with my feet.
