I like Hirsch's

I've had excellent service from Hirsch's stores and I especially commend them for director involvement. I've contacted Margaret Hirsch a few times regarding issues and questions and she's never too busy to reply or get the matter sorted out. Too often the owners and directors of companies lurk in the background and won't interface with the public. Well done Hirsch's and especially Margaret.
