I had bought a really nice Smeg kettle from Hirsch's Umhlanga and after about a year and a half it had issues where the covering had started developing bubbles and was quite bad. In a single call, they asked me to bring it in and they immediately replaced my unit with a new one. Amazing turnaround and amazing service with no hassle. Very straight to the point.
